The Outreach Manager is instrumental in facilitating a smooth transition for new families to MGA, ensuring a seamless process from referral to the initiation of CNA and PDN services. This role involves close communication with the clinical team and business development to address the needs of potential families.Oversee the referral and onboarding process for CNA and PDN services:Receive and promptly address referrals, coordinating initial meet-and-greet sessions with families and providing necessary resources to ensure a smooth transition.Ensure that the CNA and PDN pipelines are consistently updated, maintaining clear and effective communication with relevant teams.Collaborate with the business development team to address additional needs that families may have, providing comprehensive support and solutions.Partner with the clinical team to conduct meet-and-greet sessions, accurately relaying scoring results to families to ensure they are well-informed and comfortable with the process.Assist candidates interested in enrolling in CNA school, providing guidance and support throughout the enrollment process to ensure their success.Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into their roles by providing thorough orientation and support.Act as an advocate for families, offering education about MGA's services and ensuring they fully understand and benefit from the care provided.Collaborate with various business lines to streamline the coordination of services for patients, enhancing efficiency and quality of care.Engage in compensation negotiations with potential hires, ensuring fair and competitive offers that align with company standards.Liaise with CNA schools to ensure compliance with all processes and procedures, maintaining strong relationships and effective communication.Demonstrate expertise in industry-standard practices, procedures, and concepts, consistently applying this knowledge to enhance service quality.Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to supporting the organization's needs.Conduct Start of Care meetings to ensure all necessary items are prepared, facilitating an efficient and successful beginning of care.Follow up after the start of care to ensure family satisfaction, addressing any concerns and maintaining a high level of service quality.Uphold and embody the company's mission, ethics, and objectives, consistently demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all actions:Maintain a professional and positive demeanor both internally and externally, representing the company with excellence.Adhere to the company's dress code, ensuring a neat and professional appearance at all times.Ensure timely attendance and adherence to scheduled commitments, demonstrating reliability and accountability.Comply with all company policies and procedures as outlined in official documentation or communicated by the executive team, maintaining a high standard of conduct.
