Motion Graphic Designer

Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative (formerly The Creative Group) is looking for a Motion Graphic Designer. In this role, you'll be leveraging your skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Animation to create engaging digital assets such as paid media ads, animated gifs for emails, and more. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity that will require on-site work 3 days/week (Tues-Thurs) in the Denver Metro area. Responsibilities: Design and animate digital assets, including media ads and email heroes, utilizing stock video clips, designed transitions, and animation effects Collaborate with the team to produce creative solutions for various digital needs Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud software, including After Effects, Flash, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, to execute designs Create animations for text and other elements to enhance visual storytelling in digital assets Adapt to last-minute edits and changes in a flexible manner Continuously strive to learn more and improve in the field of Motion Graphic Design Develop and design banner ads using your graphic design skills Work in a team environment, contributing to collaborative projects and shared goals Ensure all designs adhere to the brand's visual identity and guidelines.Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro Demonstrated skills and equal expertise in both Animation and Graphic Design Experience designing digital ads Ability to convert complex information and ideas into intuitive and effective visual explanations Strong understanding of design principles, excellent visual design skills, typography, color theory and layout Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders Possess a strong portfolio demonstrating breadth of graphic design knowledge Understanding of the airline industry and its specific design needs is preferred Continually keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies within the design community.Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
