Wherever we go we engage faith, relationship-building, and volunteers to lift-up and support Colorado’s most vulnerable citizens.SUMMARYThe Building Maintenance Technician II is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all VOA facilities under the direction of the supervisor or lead maintenance technician; ensures buildings, equipment and grounds are safe, and in good repair at all times; may be required to supervise volunteers; monitors the facilities to ensure they meet all safety and health requirements.RequirementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or its equivalent
One year of previous maintenance technician experience.
Knowledge of all hand and power tools and their uses.
Valid Colorado Driver’s License, insurance verification and good driving record.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and maintain good relations with residents and employees.
