Description Trademark Docketing Assistant Our client, a leading Rocky Mountain Law Firm located in Denver downtown, is seeking a 3 plus years Trademark Docketing Specialist to support their Trademark Prosecution Department. Knowledge of WebTMS, PATTSY Wave and/or other docketing software required.Prior knowledge of US and foreign trademark prosecution process and understanding of relevant documents strongly preferred.Experience/ability to interface with USPTO, WIPO, and other websites regarding trademark matters.Expert ability to prepare accurate, highly detailed work; excellent prooing skills.Requires the ability & soft skills to work effectively with personnel at all levels of seniority within the firm.Aptitude for understanding a variety of databases and software. Ability to use Adobe Acrobat proficiently. Experience with Case Management Software is required. Familiarity with CompuLaw is necessary. Capable of handling Billing Functions effectively. Must have expertise in Calendar Management. Experience in Claim Administration is needed. Proven ability in managing Client Relations. Excellent Communication skills are essential.
