The buffet attendant will provide an inclusive premium guest service experience by addressing and/or resolving any concerns or special requests made by the guests in the suite(s).Our ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership. Making a lasting impression on our guests and ensuring that a five-star, white-gloved experience is made.Possibility for overtime for select shifts. Know your schedule, arrive at work on time with a positive attitude, and in proper uniform (clean and pressed).
Stay off your cell phone unless you are using it for work, have prior approval from management, or are on your 30-minute meal break.
TEAMWORK! Be flexible every day and ensure you are working with other staff members to achieve guest satisfaction and operational success.
Ensure 100% guest satisfaction and go the extra mile to ensure that each guest has a personalized experience
Quickly clear and reset tables / eating areas as guests leave
Assisting the culinary department in traying up food and delivering food to buffet
Ensuring positive and thorough communication between front of house and back of house
Communicating menu item or product outages/shortages to staff members and management
Prebussing in the restaurant when guests no longer need items on their table
Organization and cleanliness of restaurant including condiments, countertops, fully stocked cutlery and plates
Know Aramark and Health Code standards and ensure that they are being followed.
Maintain appearance and cleanliness of bar and surrounding areas during service time
Use all required safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) and annotate when equipment is not operable
Take appropriate measures to ensure the security of client and company assets
Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests about business-related activities and attend meetings, as required
Work shifts that are 6 ? 10 hours in length

18 years of age or older (Required)
Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 30lbs.
Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
TEAM/ TiPS Certification (Required) ? will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) ? will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
Previous fine dining experience (Preferred)
Previous bartending experience (Preferred)
Good written and verbal communication skills (Preferred)
Basic reading, writing and math skills
This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing.
