They have a passion for creativity and are committed to staying up-to-date with current and future trends and technology—with exceptional abilities in design and typography. The Lead Designer will focus on the consumer facing Brand experience of product, communication, digital, retail, and collateral materials by:Crafting all aspects of the look and feel of brand experiences for consumer touch points in partnership with Brand, Marketing, and functional teams across the organization. Developing concepts with original designs or direction and continuing to evolve design systems.Creating mood boards to develop the next generation of visual solutions for 2D and 3D execution for consumer experiences (branding, campaign, retail, digital, social, etc.). Delivering coordinated design solutions across all appropriate channels. Working as a thought partner and collaborator with our Creative Director and design team on company-wide initiatives and campaigns.
