Description We are offering a role for a Help Desk Analyst situated in Denver, Colorado. This role is within the telecom industry and is a short term contract employment opportunity. The Help Desk Analyst will be a crucial part of our team, providing technical support to our users and working with a variety of software and hardware technologies.Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and support to users, resolving issues related to Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, Active Directory, and other systems. Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software applications. Respond to queries over the phone or via email, offering solutions to problems and explaining the solution in a concise and understandable manner. Work with the Configuration Management team to ensure all systems are consistent and properly integrated. Offer Deskside Support, assisting users in resolving issues that cannot be handled remotely. Maintain a comprehensive record of all queries, requests, and resolutions, ensuring this information is up to date. Collaborate with the wider IT team to resolve complex issues, escalating issues when necessary. Keep up to date with new technologies and software, participating in training as needed. Use Desktop Hardware knowledge to assist in the maintenance and upgrading of systems. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Requirements Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is required Experience with Database management and EO/IR systems Knowledge of Lotus Notes and Microsoft suite Familiarity with Active Directory Understanding of Computer Hardware Experience in Configuration Management Proven skills in Deskside Support Expertise in Desktop Hardware Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a team and independently as required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new technologies and software updates Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
