The Finance Manager provides strategic insights and helps to drive financial decision-making across the enterprise of Aspen One. The position is responsible for developing investor reporting, assessing tradeoffs across internal and external investment initiatives, developing actionable insights, and partnering with cross-functional leaders in collaboration with the SVP of Strategy and CFO to develop, manage, and communicate opportunities, risks, and investment tradeoffs across the enterprise.The budgeted salary range for this position is $95,160 to $120,000. Applications for this position will be accepted until July 29th, 2025.Essential Job FunctionsCapital Project Analysis & Underwriting: Provide modeling and analytical support to underwrite major capital projects, partnerships, investor reporting, and financial structuring to ensure capital efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.Treasury & Cash Flow modeling: Lead analysis and development of cash flow modeling and forecasting across full portfolio of mountain resorts, hotels, brand partnerships and related business lines.Financial Planning & Analysis: Serve as a strategic business partner to leaders across the enterprise to facilitate the company's financial planning and reporting processes, including financial implication of product innovations, strategic initiatives and value-creation planning.Capital Reporting: Support due diligence and underwriting processes, debt and equity financing of new investments and performance reporting, planning, and optimization to investors including modeling and investor presentation development.Investment & Returns Analysis: Assess and communicate investment and project performance relative to underwriting, desired strategic outcomes, and facilitate effective communication with investors on current and future investments, development projects, and early-stage business lines.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial planning and analysis functions.Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed to support strategic initiatives and address key business issues.Other duties as assigned for all roles.
