T-Mobile Fiber is seeking a dynamic and analytical Fiber Market Analysis

Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in evaluating market

opportunities and driving strategic decisions through comprehensive data

analysis and financial modeling. If you have a passion for the fiber broadband

want to hear from you!Location: Hybrid (In-office at least 3 days a week)Responsibilities:

Market Evaluation & Analysis: Gather, consolidate, and analyze data

from internal and external sources to assess the viability of new market

opportunities for T-Mobile Fiber.

Financial & Data Modeling: Utilize complex Excel modeling and other

analytical tools to interpret market dynamics, evaluate potential

investments, and develop strategic recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations,

strategy, and legal teams to ensure alignment on market expansion decisions

and business strategies.

Data Visualization & Reporting: Effectively present findings and insights

through visual storytelling in PowerPoint for leadership and key stakeholders.

Research & Partner Support: Conduct general analytics and research to

evaluate prospective fiber partners while contributing to standardized

reporting structures that streamline market assessments.

Additional Projects: Complete various analytical projects as assigned.

Skills Needed:

Extensive experience in the fiber broadband or internet industry, with a

deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and key

factors influencing expansion decisions.

Ability to consolidate, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple

sources to identify trends and insights.

Proficiency in using complex Excel modeling and other analytical tools

autonomously to support strategic decision-making.

Strong ability to present findings visually through charts, graphs, and

storytelling techniques for executive audiences.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively

with marketing, operations, strategy, and legal teams.

Strong research skills to evaluate prospective fiber markets and partners,

supporting data-driven business decisions.

Ability to thrive in a lively working environment and multi-task. Self-starter

with independent ability to meet deadlines with detail and effectiveness.

Ability to fully understand and resolve a variety of problems quickly and

effectively.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Data Science, or similar

quantitative fields, or equivalent practical experience. Advanced degree

prefer

4 years of experience in the fiber broadband or internet industry with a

strong understanding of market dynamics and expansion strategies.

4 years proficiency in complex Excel modeling, data analysis, and

financial evaluation to assess market opportunities.

4 years of experience translating complex data into clear, compelling

insights and presenting findings visually in PowerPoint to leadership and key

stakeholders.

Proven ability to work effectively with marketing, operations, strategy,

and legal teams to drive data-informed decision-making.

Strong research skills with the ability to analyze potential fiber partners,

develop standardized reporting structures, and support long-term growth

initiatives.

At least 18 years of age.

Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Base Pay Range: $77,900 - $140,500

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%The pay ra ge above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate

in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various

factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the

actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an

annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most

Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company

and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the

employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in

Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or
