Description We are offering a short term on-site contract employment opportunity for a proficient eMPI Specialist in Denver, Colorado. As an eMPI Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient data integrity by identifying and resolving duplicate patient records using the NextGate eMPI solution. Your role is essential in maintaining high standards of data accuracy, system reliability, and improving patient safety.Responsibilities: Use NextGate eMPI tools for the systematic identification, review, and resolution of duplicate patient records. Enhance patient care quality by minimizing discrepancies in medical records. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize patient identification and boost operational efficiency. Uphold data accuracy by adhering to best practices in patient demographic data management. Contribute to healthcare data governance, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. Demonstrate proficiency in EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems and data management. Maintain patient privacy and data privacy standards. Work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Demonstrate the ability to perform meticulous and repetitive tasks.Requirements Position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field. Must be proficient in Master Patient Index (MPI) operations and management. Experience in EHR SYSTEM is highly preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA Compliance - Patient Privacy Rule is required. Familiarity with HIPAA-Regulated environments is needed. Strong competency in Data Management is crucial.
