The Professional works closely with the operations and maintenance departments to manage the FMCSA compliance files that ensures the compliance of our operations. The Professional will work closely with the MPLX FMCSA Compliance team. As needed, the role will also support efforts in the other components.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMV) FMCSA Driver Qualification (DQ) files.

Assist with compliance audits of field locationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Occupational Safety from a four-year College or University preferred.

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Proficient in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Up to 20% travel

SKILLS:

Knowledge of FMCSA DQ requirements.

Experience with FMCSA compliance.

Flexible to work in an emerging and evolving set of requirements and expectations

Strong attention to detail with analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Motivated self-starter with strong sense of integrity.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to work collaboratively within a team and across teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Job will require report writing and public speaking engagements.
