The Director of Event Experiences will be a key leader in shaping and scaling our global events strategy. This role will partner closely with field and customer marketing teams to execute high-impact external events and conferences while also owning end-to-end execution of key internal events, including Sales Kickoffs, Investor Day, Global Leadership Summit, and President’s Club. 
Please note: This is a hybrid role that will be based in Denver, CO and requires an in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday). A core responsibility of this role will be developing a global event strategy and scalable frameworks that can be executed consistently across regions and teams. This includes creating toolkits, best practices, and operational playbooks to ensure alignment and efficiency while allowing for localized customization. From planning and budgeting to content curation and attendee engagement, the Director of Event Experiences will oversee every aspect of the event lifecycle. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and outstanding project management skills.
