Handle various aspects of workers compensation and construction defect cases.
Conduct legal research to inform case strategies.
Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, briefs, and opinions.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, as necessary.
Maintain exceptional quality control over all outgoing work product.
Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Communicate effectively with a wide range of clients, colleagues, and opposing counsels.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to a State Bar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding legal research ability.
Proven experience in workers compensation and construction defect cases is preferred.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while ensuring high-quality work.
Willingness to operate within a challenging, demanding environment with high expectations.
