Job SummaryThe Chief Engineer will have authority to direct the CMI workforce, and the work to be accomplished at CMI’s customer site located in Lakewood, CO.Key Job FunctionsResponsible for workload management, planning, supervision, inspections, and Quality Management; not the performance of service requests or preventive maintenance.Monitor and maintaining building equipmentPerform QC inspections and produce QC reportsOversee/manage third-party QC inspections (VTE)Perform inspections of building equipment and systems (MEP, life safety, etc.)Perform general maintenance to common/public areasAssist in all phases of repair workRecord various aspects of system operations, service activities in the NCMMSSchedule and review routine inspections (rounds) of mission critical equipmentPerform other related duties as needed
