Hiring All Phase Carpenter for Commercial and Multifamily Projects.Job Description
We are hiring a Carpenter to work on commercial or multifamily projects.
The responsibilities will include installing flooring, drywall patching, backing, blocking, and punchlists work.
The successful candidate will also be required to perform site clean up tasks.
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
Our current projects are based in the Metro Denver area, but occasionally, candidates may be required to work as far as Boulder.
Work Environment
Projects average from 10-15 million and generally involve multifamily, new construction affordable housing jobs, and restaurants.
All projects are unoccupied.

Requirements
3+ years of commercial, residential or multifamily carpentry experience
Experience with backing, blocking, doors, hardware, and using basic hand tools.
Ideal candidates have some experience in drywall or flooring.
