As a Building Maintenance Engineer you will ensure comprehensive building maintenance to provide a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for all tenants.   As a member of 2-person team you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining all facilities of a 5-story office building. You will complete hands-on maintenance of building systems for the safe, efficient, and proper operations of space. You will perform minor repairs and helps in the operation, monitoring, and performance of preventative maintenance on building systems to include life safety systems as necessary.The weekly schedule will rotate between 7am – 3:30pm and 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday with a weekly alternating 24/7 on call expectation.The pay range for this role is $28.00 to $35.00 per hour plus an on-call allowance.
