disciplines like sales and frontline management.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a subject matter expert/consultant with expertise in

Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare settings to join us in validating

curriculum content on the topics of AI in the Healthcare industry. In this

role, you will work with an Instructional Designer to validate our

curriculum designs for online learning programs for adults. You will provide

informed perspectives on the top skills, tools, and most common use cases

for AI skills and concepts within admin/non-clinical settings, clinical

settings, and leadership/executive settings. You will be asked to provide

expert input on program outlines, skills taxonomies, program outcomes,

learning objectives and realistic activities for learners to practice new

skills and evaluate their learning.Responsibilities

Offer prompt, clear, specific, and research-backed insights on how to

prepare healthcare workers for AI integration in the workplace.

Collaborate with Chegg Skills' Instructional Designers (IDs) to

validate and refine the objectives, skills, and topics taught in AI in

Healthcare program(s).

Provide subject-matter related feedback on curriculum design assets and

materials, including program outlines, lesson outlines, case studies,

assessments, videos, and images.

In collaboration with IDs, develop relevant and realistic

healthcare-specific workplace scenarios, examples, and case studies that

can be used in learning content like application activities, demo videos,

and assessments.

Advise on how to create industry aligned, customized learning paths for

various healthcare specializations.

Provide expert insights on AI applications, tools, vendors in various

areas of healthcare - ranging from admin/non-clinical, clinical, and

executive leadership settings.

Requirements

Skills & Knowledge:

Artificial Intelligence Expertise: Strong understanding of AI concepts,

including machine learning, natural language processing, data analytics,

prompt engineering. Experience with AI tools, workflows, applications,

and platforms commonly used in healthcare. Expertise in AI-driven task

automation; AI best practices, privacy/security, and/or ethics.

Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare industry,

including clinical workflows, healthcare data, and regulatory

considerations. Understanding of various healthcare roles and the specific AI

applications relevant to each.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI

(e.g., Python, R, SaaS, ERP). Proficiency in common AI tools

(ChatGPT, Rasa, Bard, ManyChat, Google Dialogueflow). Experience

with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to

convey complex AI concepts to non-technical healthcare professionals. Ability

specific and clear provide feedback or input on outlines, training

materials, presentations, and documentation.

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI and healthcare: Previous roles in

developing or implementing AI solutions in healthcare settings. Consulting

experience in AI projects, especially those related to healthcare.

Inter-disciplinary collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work with

diverse teams, including Instructional Designers, Media producers,

clinicians, IT profession ls, and administrative staff. Experience in

interdisciplinary research or projects that integrate AI and healthcare.

Time management: Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on

time.

Educational Experience:

Advanced degree in computer science, data science, bioinformatics,

healthcare administration, or a related field.
