Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Denver, Colorado. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our office environment. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various tasks including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and providing support to the team.Responsibilities Facilitate positive interactions with guests by greeting and assisting them upon their arrival at the office. Manage incoming communication effectively by answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls and emails. Ensure a well-organized and clean office environment by maintaining the tidiness of the reception and common areas. Oversee the office supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering needed supplies, and confirming supply deliveries. Maintain stocked and organized kitchen and breakrooms. Coordinate catered meals and lunches for the office. Ensure the functionality of office equipment by scheduling regular maintenance and servicing. Support new employees by preparing their workstations, assisting with orientations, and providing necessary support. Uphold a secure workplace by adhering to office policies and procedures. Plan and manage local events while adhering to budgetary constraints. Build positive relationships with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders. Requirements Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls effectively. Strong customer service skills to ensure effective communication and resolution of queries. Experience in data entry with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Ability to manage email correspondence professionally, ensuring timely response and follow-ups. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Excellent multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong organizational skills to maintain order and efficiency in daily administrative operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.
