job summary:
Our digital advertising agency client is looking for a full-time Account Manager! The Account Manager will collaborate across Account and Digital Media teams, clients & vendors. They'll build relationships with clients to execute on campaigns and drive new opportunities.Responsibilities:- Provide clients a best-in-class experience, upsell accounts in current channels (social), introduce new channels based on data & develop processes to add value
- Design, manage & execute large Paid Search and Social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and Google campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube, GDN, Gmail, Search)
- Improve performance of Social and Google campaigns addressing account structure, bid strategy, keyword expansion, creative & ad copy, audience management & landing page optimization
- Execute tests, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to maximize performance
- Track and report findings on campaigns to teams and clients
- Manage campaign budgets, estimate monthly costs & reconcile discrepancies
- 3+ years of experience at a digital agency, performance marketing background preferred
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, Science or similar
- Proven track record of success with Social and Search campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Experience with website and lead analytics (UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau)
- Google Fundamentals and Analytics certifications; Ads a plus
- strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, strengths in PowerPoint and Excel
- Excited by a startup environment and a passion for digital marketing
