As a Mid-Market Account Executive with Freshworks, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint with our Mid-Market segment (500 -1,000 employee size). Your focus will be on delivering EX solutions, driving volume-based business growth, and managing moderate-sized deal cycles. You'll work in a consultative, adaptable, and strategic manner to engage small buying teams and close deals in medium-length sales cycles. Key Responsibilities: Consultative Sales Execution: Build and execute sales strategies tailored to mid-market customers, delivering value-driven solutions for ITSM, employee onboarding, and engagement needsPipeline Development: Identify, qualify, and engage prospects, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities through discovery and virtual sales effortsStakeholder Engagement: Navigate small buying teams to build trust and influence decision-making processesDeal Management: Manage moderate-sized deals with a focus on negotiating terms, securing commitments, and closing agreementsCollaboration: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless customer experiencePlease note this is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3x/ week (Tue-Thur) from our Downtown Denver office.
