Property Management Company is seeking an experienced building engineer to join our established and dynamic commercial maintenance service team.
The Building Engineer position will be directly responsible for:
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Monitoring and repairs to the HVAC equipment
- Minor electrical repairs as required
- General maintenance and upkeep of property
- Operating equipment
- Monitoring and repairs to lamps and ballasts as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of property maintenance
- HVAC experience a plus
- Awesome Customer Service Skills
Tools and vehicle provided for day to day traveling to buildings! Very competitive compensation and company benefits package.
