The lobby just outside our suite has a pool table, a ping pong table, arcade style video games, pinball machine, 2 large screen TV's and a couple of living room sets for break time enjoyment, there are also small conference rooms for personal phone calls .
We do have restrooms and a kitchen within the privacy of our shared suite, the lobby area access is simply an added perk.
On the 2nd floor we have a gym with showers and lockers as well as bike room to lock up your bike if you bike to work, please see pictures below for reference.

Clean Record Required

Eight or more years of experience
Degree in architecture from an accredited program – Preferred but not required
Coordinates and produces multiple projects
Coordinates all aspects of project design junior team member as well as engineering consultants.
Executes strategic plans for project success in architecture design
Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of projects
Responsible to meet schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction.
Project communications and documentation
Office administrative tasks
Project team assignments
Develops creative design concepts for projects
Prepares presentation drawings
Prepares design drawings
Provide production support using the following software
o AutoCad
o Revit
o Bluebeam
o Sketch Up
o Adobe Suite
o Microsoft Office Suite
Works independently on architectural design projects
Coordinates project design efforts with others and engineering consultants
Manages multiple small / medium / large projects
Participates in Design Charrettes
Assists in Graphic Design
Follows and monitors quality and production standards for projects
Responsible for implementing uniformly high production standards and monitoring projects to ensure that quality and production standards are met for all design and contract documents.
Must be thoroughly familiar with entire architectural process and should possess managerial capabilities to coordinate activities of all projects – team personnel.
