We are looking to fill the position of Construction Progress Review Technician in our office located in downtown Denver. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in the construction industry who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Fieldwork at commercial and residential construction sites
-Extensive fieldwork and monthly out-of-state travel
-Completion of reports and paperwork in our local office
-Work with plans, specifications and project budgets
-Client interaction
-Be self-starting and able to work in a team
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be willing to travel
-Knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
-Reliable personal transportation
-Construction industry experience a plus
-College degree a plus
