Construction Estimator/ Project Manager

Looking for one construction estimator/ project manager to join our team. We are a long-time Denver, family owned construction subcontractor. Duties include job-walks, building customer relationships, plan take-offs, estimating and project management. All work is local, no weekends, nightwork or travel necessary. Position includes full benefits- eye, dental, medical as well as vehicle allowance and full-matching 401k. Salary range d.o.e., is from $50k to $150k/ year. Must have at least five years in either trades subcontracting or general contracting experience in the Denver market or a recent college graduate in Construction Management program.
