Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Specialist is the face of The Araho Group for the entire portfolio, which encompasses 340-units. The selected candidate is responsible for identifying prospective residents needs and leasing apartments for our communities. This is a centralized sales role where you will assist prospective residents at every stage of the process, from application to move-in. In addition to assisting with advertising/marketing efforts on all ILS platforms with a proactive approach.

As a Sales & Marketing Specialist at The Araho Group, you will

Leasing, Sales & Resident Retention:

Respond to inquiries, set appointments, follow-up with prospective residents and lease apartments according to property monthly goals/availability.

Partner with leadership team to approve and generate lease agreements using established policies, procedures, and rental criteria.

Provide exceptional customer service to both prospective and current residents via phone, text, email and additional online sources.

Provide general administrative support as needed, including lease file management, resident relations, renewal notice generation, and other duties as assigned.

Strategically drive qualified leads to the communities, actively participate in outreach marketing efforts, implement strategies to enhance the company's communities online presence, ‘think outside the box’ to drive traffic to meet leasing goals.

Marketing:

Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and email.

Content Creation: Create engaging content, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, advertisements, and other marketing materials. Manage social media profiles, create content calendars, and engage with followers to grow the brand's online presence.

Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.

Email Marketing: Develop and execute email campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions.

What You Need to Succeed…

2+ years of sales experience, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly goals. Retail, banking, or hospitality experience a plus.

Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current/future residents in a friendly and professional manner.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed to achieve targeted occupancy goals.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to successfully navigate frequent interruptions and changing priorities.

1-2 years working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel and Word.

What We Offer You…

We offer a competitive base salary of $23 - 25/hourly plus competitive leasing commissions. The actual base hourly rate will be dependent upon experience and ability on meeting or exceeding sales target goals. Additionally, this role offers a robust leasing commission structure. When goals are achieved, the selected candidate can expect to make between $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Location & Requirements

This is an in-office role, the selected candidate will work out of our central office located in Lone Tree, CO. Selected candidate may be asked to visit communities and conduct tours in-person as needed.

Schedule: Full-Time. Typical schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday, 9 am - 6 pm and assist with critical items outside of regular business hours.

Valid Driver’s License, Valid Auto Insurance, and Reliable Transportation.

Candidates that are extended an offer will be required to undergo a criminal background check.
