Kaufman Agency is looking for a motivated customer service representative to help with our agencies growing commercial and personal lines book of business.
Responsibilities:
Processing Certificates of Insurance
Answering and Directing phone calls
Processing policy change requests and endorsements
Preparing Presentations and renewal data.
Quoting personal and commercial lines
Ongoing Client communication
Qualifications:
A CURRENT COLORADO PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE is required
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial and Personal lines, specifically: Workers Compensation, General Liability, BOP, Umbrellas, Home, Auto, Garage Keepers, Inland Marine, Property, Casualty and Contractors Liability
Skill in communicating with clients electronically and by phone
Current Computer Skills
