Job Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and personable Front Office Manager to oversee our reception area and represent our company as the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a pleasant personality, and a strong commitment to excellent customer service. This role involves managing daily operations, maintaining organization, and fostering positive customer relations in our storage business.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain an organized front desk area.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the storage business, including:
Customer relations using the SiteLink software (training provided).
Creating contracts and managing accounts receivable.
Overseeing marketing efforts.
Ensuring property and storage units are clean and well-maintained.
Handle light snow removal from the front walkway when needed.
Requirements:
Comfortable working on a computer and learning new software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
A professional attitude and a friendly personality.
