Enjoy talking to people and helping them get the answers and information they need
Be comfortable with basic computer systems, websites, data tracking and relationship management software.
Will be very friendly and able to handle multiple tasks calmly.
We are seeking a full-time administrative/warehouse person with duties including customer service, data processing, shipping, receiving and warehousing. For the right candidate, there is a definite long-term growth opportunity with a growing company. The current position requires someone to currently work alone, with the intent to train additional personnel as we grow.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written commuication skills
Basic office equipment knowledge (computer, copier, fax, multi-line phone system)
Customer service/people skills
Computer literate
Must have professional attitude and strong work ethic
Must be thorough and pay attention to details
Enthusiasm for learning
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information
