We are looking for an individual who is flexible, reliable, considerate and has at least 3 years of customer service experience. This is an in-person position that does NOT provide any remote availability.
This position will require the CSR to use service management software in order to schedule calls, dispatch jobs to technicians, and close calls. Other duties will include: answering phones, customer correspondence, and other requested office tasks. Due to the nature of our business, your job responsibilities need to be completed with timeliness and accuracy; attention to detail is a must.
As a CSR with our company, you must be willing to work a rotating on-call schedule (taking the company cell phone and laptop home) that includes evenings and weekends. This position offers 40 hours a week; pay will be based on experience. We are willing to train the right candidate.
