This position requires a high level of client interaction and providing exceptional service to internal and external customers alike. Our office is fast-paced; where no two days are the same. You will handle multiple items simultaneously in a professional and curteous manner.

Your Responsibilities are Limited To but Will Include
Answering phones and customer questions
Working with customers and high-energy sales team
Scheduling appointments
Maintaining customer database and input of information into system
Respond to difficult or complex product and service inquiries from clients, team members and business partners
Build internal and external relationships through exceptional problem-solving and follow through
