Job Title: Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative

Location: Denver, CO 80219 (Office-Based)

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday-Saturday (10 AM - 6 PM)

Pay: $19-$22 / hour (Depending on Experience)

Job Description: As a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding support and guidance. You will assist Spanish-speaking customers with their insurance inquiries, resolve any issues, and help them navigate their policy needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish via phone, email, chat, and in-person.

Answer customer inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, billing, and general information.

Assist customers in understanding their insurance options and benefits.

Process policy updates, claims, and other customer requests accurately.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal communication skills).

Previous customer service experience, ideally in an insurance or financial services environment.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Ability to commute to the office in Denver.

Must be available to work Monday through Saturday, 10 AM - 6 PM.
