We are looking for a dedicated Property Manager with at least 2 years of experience to oversee all operations of our Denver apartment community. You will lead our maintenance and cleaning staff with a firm yet friendly approach, ensuring a cohesive team, while achieving aggressive leasing goals to fill units with courteous tenants. Oversee daily operations of the apartment community, ensuring a high-quality living experience for all residents.
Implement effective systems for property management, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations, to optimize efficiency.

Lead, train, and motivate maintenance and cleaning staff with a strong yet approachable leadership style, ensuring timely and quality work.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of property management experience, with a strong background in leasing and resident relations.
