Meridiam Partners is seeking the right individual to join our team as a Project Manager.
Meridiam Partners is a Construction / Mining Contractor. Projects include pond restoration, trail building, tailings clean up, rip rap projects, installation of pond liners, dam repairs, demolition of mine structures, ect.
The Project Manager role involves overseeing and managing various aspects of construction and mining projects from start to finish. The Project Manager is responsible for completing projects, safely, in compliance with environmental regulations, on schedule and within project parameters.
Essential functions may include;
Project planning, budget and cost controls, scheduling, team coordination, quality assurance, contract and subcontract negotiations, procurement and material management, and reporting documentation as a minimum.
Construction knowledge, building codes, MSHA, OSHA regulations, Industry standards, leadership and clear communication, collaboration and relationship building is necessary.
Professional qualifications required;
Bachelors Degree in Civil, Mining, Mechanical, Surveying or Environmental Engineering.
Excellent computer skills
CAD experience helpful
5 years experience in this or related field.
This position answers to the Chief Operations Officer and CEO/President of the Company.
