Life and Securities licenses are preferred but not required; licenses, training, and support are provided. No cold calling, no door knocking, and no purchasing leads. This is an excellent chance to supplement your current income part-time or initiate a full-time career change.
Responsibilities
Develop business using available markets
Create relationships with clients
Lead meetings with clients and understand their concerns
Close Life insurance and financial service offerings
Manage the policy and offer process through to delivery and after-delivery support
Understand and offer other available product lines
Provide excellent customer service at all levels, at all times
Train and mentor junior team members
Requirements:
You must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to obtain a clean background check
Existing Colorado Life Insurance license or the ability to obtain one
Existing FINRA SIE, S6, and S63 licenses or the ability to obtain them
Previous sales and/or business development experience (including retail) is strongly preferred
Previous Social Media marketing experience is preferred but not required
Ability to work within a large, multi-state team of experts
Ability to grasp and apply new concepts quickly
Strong desire to perform, succeed, and overcome obstacles
Pay Expectations:
Part-Time: $2,000 - $3,500 per month
Full-Time: $4,000 - $8,000 per month
