JOB Summary:
The Service Manager is responsible for the overall management of the service department including staff supervision, workflow coordination, inventory management, and quality control. This role is crucial to ensuring a safe experience and high level of customer satisfaction for our rental guests and sales customers.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Prioritize and coordinate repair and maintenance tasks based on rental and sales needs
- Implement quality control measures to ensure RV’s are repaired to company standards
- Conduct inspections of completed work to verify the quality of service
- Perform hands on maintenance and repair work on motorhomes
- Maintain accurate records of all service work including work orders, invoices, warranty, and insurance submissions
- Recruit, train, and supervise mechanics, technicians, body shop, and support staff
- Foster a positive working environment through effective communication, collaboration, and team work
- Work hand in hand with the front of house team to ensure alignment in priorities
- Manage parts and supplies inventory to ensure the availability of necessary parts
- Order and replenish parts with cost controls in place
- Ensure the service department complies with all safety and environmental regulations
- Stay informed about industry standards and best practices in RV servicing
- Willing and able to work on Saturdays

Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
