Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:30 OR 8-5 OR 8:30-5:30

Office located in the vicinity of Arapahoe and I-25

Responsibilities Include:

Assist Community Manager with day-to-day operations of assigned HOA’s.

Assist Community Manager with fielding and responding to client calls and emails.

Work with Community Manager in building professional working relationships with the HOA

boards, members and vendors.

Assist Community Manager with community inspections and issuance of covenant violation

letters.

Assist Community Manager with review and submission of community architectural requests.

Coordination of maintenance contracts, work orders and other work with vendors.

Assemble meeting documents.

Assist in the organization of meetings, budgets, and mailings.

● Attend on-site HOA meetings as requested by Community Manager.

Updating of client and community information in database systems when necessary.

Creation and distribution of email bulletins.

Drafting and preparation of associations’ newsletters.

Other duties as assigned.

 Continuous awareness and demonstration for the need to maintain confidentiality of

personal and sensitive information of Association, homeowner and company information is

a must.

 Conduct all communications (oral, written or otherwise) with co-workers, clients, vendors

and any other parties in a courteous, effective and professional manner, especially in tense

situations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma

3+ years of experience in HOA or rental community management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Professional and pleasant personality with good listening skills

Able to confidently learn and use new software as required

Honest, ethical, professional, expedient, exacting and confident

Self-motivated, accurate, and committed to meeting or beating deadlines with little or no

supervision

Must have the ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects

through to completion
