We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with experience in property management or a related field. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day property management tasks
Professionally interact with homeowners, tenants, vendors, and board members
Manage emails, phone communications, and scheduling with a high level of accuracy
Use software tools such as Chrome, Microsoft Word/Excel, and Google Drive efficiently
Enter and maintain data in property management software (training will be provided)
Monitor and follow up on maintenance and other service requests
Assist with billing, recordkeeping, and other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in property management or a similar administrative role preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to quickly learn new platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
Schedule:
Flexible hours: 15 to 40 hours per week depending on availability
Potential for expanded hours and long-term growth with the team
Location: Hybrid position: work from your home office and on-site at our office as needed.
