We are a live events company based in Denver, CO seeking accounting talent to support our day-to-day operations and growth initiatives. Through recent Private Equity investment, our platform is positioned for rapid growth across multiple national markets. As such we require an accounting professional capable of supporting our growth plan through superior experience and practices, coupled with an ability to communicate with both our Operators as well as our management team.

Compensation Range: $60K - $80K dependent upon experience, Unlimited PTO, Health, Dental and Retirement matching.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all AR, AP, Billing, Month End processes, Payroll and overall administrative requests.
Weekly/Monthly Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounts payable and receivables
Client Invoicing
Bank and credit card reconciliations
EBIDTA, cash flow, and net income forecasts monthly
Compute, prepare, and pay all state and local sales taxes
Comply with local, state, and federal tax filings
Maintain financial records
Work with external accounting firm and VP Finance on reporting and audits
Manage payroll, commissions and benefits
Perform miscellaneous accounting/administrative duties as assigned
Assist with answering phones as needed in a professional manner
Create deposits in QuickBooks and the Rental Software
Input credit card receipts
Handle all projects/requests from Sales and Management
Requirements and skills
5+ years of accounting and finance experience
Thorough knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and procedures
Experience with creating financial statements
Strong experience with Multi-State and multi-jurisdictional sales taxes
Strong experience in QuickBooks Online
Plenty of room for growth as the company grows through M&A. A background check will need to be completed prior to an offer.
