Local window coverings business is seeking an installation professional for immediate hire. Our scope of work includes blinds, shades, shutters, exterior awnings as well as repairs and cleanings of these products.We work in a mix of commercial, residential and government settings.
An ideal candidate will posses installation experience of window covering systems. This includes knowledge on the various brands, styles, controls etc. We are willing to train a candidate without direct window coverings experience but you must have a background in construction/ installations in a lateral trade to be considered.

Possess GREAT customer service and people skills. Keeping our customers happy is a big part of this job.
Understand how to use and read a tape measure
Be dependable. We are looking for a full time employee and will count on you showing up!
Have a valid drivers license and good driving record.
Must be able to pass a DOD background check for work on military/ government establishments.
Able to lift 100 + lbs occasionally and up to 50 lbs typically.
Be competent with hand and power tools.
Able to work off ladders, scoffold and lifts- up to 30' confidently.
This position is a W2 position (not 1099), which includes PTO, a direct primary care membership contribution and an investment account contribution. Typical expected work hours are M-F 8am- 4:30pm- But (4) 10 hour days can be discussed.
We will provide all tools ( regular and specialty) required for the position. You will be expected to drive company vehicles when working.
