Perform tear-off of existing roofing systems.
Install new roofing materials, ensuring proper techniques and safety protocols are followed.
Conduct thorough inspections of roofing structures to identify issues.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project progress.
Proven experience as a commercial roofer, specifically in tear-off and replacement.
Knowledge of various roofing materials and installation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
OSHA certification is a plus.
The hourly rate for this position is $27-30/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
