Job Responsibilities:
General Laborers:
- Assist in various manual labor tasks.
- Load and unload materials.
- Operate basic hand tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the job site.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks.
Skilled Laborers:
- Perform specialized tasks based on your skill set (roofing).
- Installation of roof systems will vary by project; common systems are EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built-up, PMMA, Slate, and Tile
- Ensure work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently.
Requirements:
General Laborers:
- No prior experience required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Fountain, CO.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Skilled Laborers:
- Proven experience in your trade.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
