As part of a small, friendly team, we are looking for a maintenance person with good communication and problem solving skills.
Must have
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Multiple trade disciplines ie: painting, plumbing, electric, HVAC, drywall, painting, flooring, general repairs, landscape,
- Able to move furniture/applicances
- Customer Service Skills
- Computer Literate
- Organized
- Valid Driver's License
- Team-Player
