I am a general contractor looking for someone to help with new construction, remodels, room additions and deck building. The ideal candidate would have a general understanding of construction, have a good eye for detail, have a solid work ethic and would like additional “on the job training.”
Work will include a variety of construction related projects including, but not limited to: drywall, demolition, carpentry, framing, tile install, doors and trim, flooring, painting, cleaning and general labor.
A 40 hour work week is standard. Most scheduling will be coordinated a week in advance. Hours and days can be flexible with some notice. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND WITHOUT TOOLS, TRANSPORTATION, A CELL PHONE AND SOME SOLID CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE. Compensation is based on experience.
