WE NEED: Career-minded, BOILER / HVAC Service Technicians right here in Colorado Springs and our office in Salida, CO.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified person looking to be a service technician. If you are driven and motivated this is a great place to work. You must be capable of working residential and light commercial projects servicing boilers, furnaces, AC units, and mini split systems.
The duties of this person include:
Interacting with homeowners and building managers
Working, in most cases, independently or with a helper
Taking direction from service project manager
Lifting and carrying heavy objects up and down ladders
Working in all weather and temperature conditions
Applicants must:
- Have boiler and HVAC service experience
- Preferred Mech 4 license and EPA refrigerant Cert. (we offer higher pay)
- Enjoy direct interaction with customers
- Must have hand tools and tools of the trade. 'Bigger' tools are provided
- Must be capable of climbing ladders, working in crawlspaces and attics, and lifting over 50lbs
- Be reliable, self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic
- Have a clean driving record and no felonies
- Pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test
