I’m looking for problem solvers - people that instinctively can fix computer issues and have been doing it for a long time. The kind of people that their family hits them up to solve their computer issues.
Do you know how to set up wireless routers, switch wifi channels so it’s not conflicting with others, set static IP ranges and create subnets?
Can you take a computer that’s slowing to a crawl and make it run like brand new again without reloading it?
How long does it take you to change a mechanical hdd to a ssd, and what tools do you use?
Those sort of things… this is for on-site customer facing type roles. I’m too busy to support them all, and need more help!
