Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be crucial in driving our business growth by making introduction calls to potential clients and collaborating closely with our Outside Sales Representative. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, nurture customer relationships, and support the sales team in achieving ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate and conduct introductory calls to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our products and services.

- Collaborate with the Outside Sales Representative to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.

- Generate leads through research, networking, and referrals, maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent service.

- Support the sales team in meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

- Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to improve sales processes and customer engagement strategies.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position our offerings effectively.

Requirements:

- High School Degree or Bachelor's degree

- Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
