The Mushroom Saloon — a unique retail space and zero-proof mocktail bar in the heart of Old Colorado City's vibrant tourist district — is seeking a passionate, friendly, and reliable Retail Sales Associate / Mocktail Bartender to join our team!
We specialize in CBD, Kratom, Kava, functional mushrooms, and mushroom cultivation supplies. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people discover natural wellness alternatives and is comfortable talking about herbal and plant-based products.
Position Details:
Schedule: 3 to 4 shifts per week
Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $16–$18 per hour + tips (you can easily exceed $35 p/h)
Location: The Mushroom Saloon, Old Colorado City (Colorado Springs)
Start Date: ASAP
Key holder responsibilities included
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and informative manner
Mix and serve non-alcoholic herbal mocktails behind the bar
Educate customers on the benefits and uses of our products (CBD, kratom, kava, functional mushrooms, etc.)
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
Open and close the store independently as a trusted key holder
Assist with light inventory and restocking as needed
Ideal Candidate:
Has retail or hospitality experience (preferred but not required)
Is comfortable with and interested in natural medicine and alternative wellness
Is dependable, outgoing, and able to work independently
Loves working with people and building community
Is at least 21 years old
