Insurance Agent with Office Support
Las Palmas Insurance is seeking a part-time or full-time Insurance Agent with Office Support Responsibilities to join our team in Colorado. This role combines sales and client service with essential administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
Insurance Agent Duties: Solicit, quote, and secure new personal lines insurance (home, auto), manage existing client accounts, process policy changes, handle renewals, and conduct cold calls and lead follow-ups.
Office Support Duties: Answer and direct phone calls, manage appointment scheduling, and provide general administrative support including filing, preparing documents, and greeting visitors.
Qualifications:
Valid Colorado Personal Lines Insurance License is required. (P&C)
Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish), experience with agency management systems.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience, plus commission and bonus opportunities.
Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off.
Expected Hours: 30-40 per week.
