JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Inside Sales Representative to join our team. If you are looking for a role to start your career or gain more experience in sales with outstanding growth opportunity, this may be the perfect role for you! As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitate the sale of existing and new contractor/retail customers at our lumberyard.

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services.

Learn the basics of managing a sales funnel.

Learn the basic steps of selling - Qualify, Present, and Close.

Develop a limited number of leads into quotes.

Nurture those quotes through the buying process.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Utilize software tools to track and manage customer interactions.

Conduct warm calling to existing customers for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent, previous experience will be considered in lieu of education.

REQUIREMENTS:

Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.

Fluency in English required.

Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages is

preferred.

Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify new opportunities and close deals.

Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong self-motivation.

Proficiency in using software tools for managing customer interactions.
