Do you have experience in the self storage field?
Looking for someone with SS experience to assist in the management of several self-storage facilities in the Ute Pass area.
Duties may include:
Be available to accept phone calls during certain hours of the week and potentially on weekends.
Must have computer and internet access.
Follow up with callers to see if they would like to rent a unit.
Refer renters to website for rental and assist them if needed.
Must have a pleasant voice and a "How can I help you" attitude.
Create Facebook ads about available units and an occasional auctions
Potentially:
Tour the units 2x per week to look for move-outs and to place locks on delinquent units.
Take pictures of delinquent units for auctions and upload to auction site.
Check move-out units and sweep out. Call maintenance if needed for repairs or if items need to be moved out.
Ideal candidate would have an existing business of some kind in the Ute Pass, Woodland Park area and be interested in part-time, supplemental income.
